"This is the second time I've used Affordable Services and I could not be happier with the experience. Both times were for a furnace that had stopped working and both times he was able to come out within an hour. The first time he was was able to diagnose the issue quickly but did not have the proper parts with him so he had to leave to get them but it did not take long and soon that problem was fixed. Unfortunately immediately after he left, it quit working again due to an unrelated problem. I called him and he turned around and was back a minutes later. He was able to diagnose the new problem and this repair would be a bit more costly and lengthy. But after some thought he was able to come up with a "temporary" fix that has been working wonderfully for almost 2 years now. For the latest issue on my other furnace (I have a dual-zone/2 furnace system), he once again narrowed down the problem quickly was able to have the furnace up and running in no time. The total elapsed time from my initial call to the time I had a working furnace was almost exactly an hour. It was outstanding.
